In the TACS Execution module, you cannot delete activities from the schedule. 

However, you can mark an activity as non-applicable. When you do this, the activity is considered complete and will appear with a red strikethrough, indicating it's no longer relevant. These activities will also be removed from the activity screen after synchronization, although they will still be visible in the work package screen.
